About the Role
Youll be focusing on processing parts orders, managing inventory information, and supporting trade customers via phone and online systems.
Youll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by:
Pre picking parts, pricing Vehicle Health Checks and handling warranty parts for our busy workshop
- Handling trade parts enquiries and orders through phone and digital platforms
- Accurately identifying parts to match order requests
- Making the most of current promotions and offers to meet sales targets
- Spotting opportunities for additional sales
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date through training, bulletins, and manuals
