The M&E client, hasa reputation for providing high quality Plumbing & Gas installation services into the New Build Housing industry sector, with them focused onputtingtheir customers at the heart of what theydo & they have done since their formation back in the1970\’s. They are seeking Plumbing & Gas engineering professionals,that are highly motivated, enthusiastic & possessing excellent professionalpeople skills.

New Build Housing Plumber:

Our clients Plumbing & Gas Engineers are the best in the business & as such successful candidates will be surrounded by a hard-working, knowledgeable &supportive plumbing team. Your main purpose of this job will be to provide 1st&2ndfix new build properties. This includes the installation of gas appliances.

Key Duties:

  • Experience of installing plumbing, gas & heating systems (first and second fix) in new build homes
  • Installation of gas appliances in line with Gas Safety Regulations
  • Compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments & procedures at all times
  • Carry out additional duties within your skill & competence

Attributes they are looking for:

  • New Build Plumbing or Domestic or Commercial: 2 years (preferred)
  • ACS with CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, or equivalent
  • Gas Safe registered
  • Driving License (essential)
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent (preferred)
  • CSCS qualified (preferred)
