Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is part of Circle Health Group, Britain’s leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join their team of staff in the Daycase department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties Of This Role Include

  • Lead and coordinate the daily clinical operations of your department, ensuring appropriate skill mix, safe staffing levels, and effective patient care.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, allocating duties based on patient need, competency, and development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC, HIS, HIW).
  • Provide visible leadership, support, and clinical supervision for all nursing staff.
  • Work with leadership to manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective staffing and use of resources.
  • Act as a patient advocate, supporting patient-centred care and addressing concerns or complaints swiftly and effectively.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing or supervisory leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and competency in advanced nursing practice.
