Contract Project Manager β SaaS Implementations
Location: Remote (UK-based), occasional travel if required
Rate: Competitive
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to support a technology business undergoing significant growth and a continued transition from custom software delivery to a SaaS product model. This role is critical in ensuring customer implementations are delivered effectively, with strong communication, structure, and accountability across multiple ongoing projects.
The Role
You will take ownership of several active client implementation projects, providing hands-on project management to bring clarity, momentum, and consistency. This is a delivery-focused position where you will keep projects moving, ensure stakeholders remain aligned, and strengthen the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client onboarding and implementation projects
- Ensure clear communication with internal teams and customers at all stages
- Track and manage risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies
- Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and status updates
- Coordinate with product, technical, and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Hold stakeholders accountable for tasks and deliverables

Essential Experience
- Proven background managing multiple concurrent projects in a SaaS setting
- Strong experience in customer-facing implementation or onboarding work

- Comfortable working in hybrid or blended Agile/Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Able to work effectively with minimal documentation or predefined playbooks
