Alpine Construction Essex Ltd are looking to add a self-employed Skilled Labourer to our growing team. We are a small family run construction company who predominantly carry out works for insurance claims.
Job Title:Self-employed Skilled Labourer
About the role:
Due to company expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced and committed Skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be competent in full strip outs, site cleanliness, helping other trades with day to day work.
Ideally, the candidate should be able to read a schedule of works and be able to manage a site comfortably.
The majority of work undertaken will be located in areas around Essex, London, Kent, Suffolk, Norfolk and surrounding counties.
All trades will be supplied with a company mobile and email address. All trades are also required to clock in and out on an app.
Skills Required:
Must have own tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Customer service skills.
Full clean UK driving license.
Proof of Right to Work in UK.
