We are searching for a Business Planning Analyst who will be crucial in supporting strategic alignment and operational excellence within the Digital Information, Technology and Facilities team. This role involves delivering expert financial analysis and business planning to strengthen procurement, contract management, and budgetary processes.
Responsibilities
– Lead forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting across DITF
– Support procurement governance and contract oversight in collaboration with central teams
– Apply advanced analysis to shape business cases and operational strategies
– Drive cross-functional planning and support continuous improvement initiatives
– Contribute to audit responses, FOIs, and Parliamentary Questions to support organisational transparency
– Strong background in financial management and performance reporting
– Familiarity with public sector procurement or contract governance
– Proficient in Excel and data modelling; Power BI or similar tools desirable
