We\’re on the lookout for a data-savvy, product loving, detail-obsessed Sourcing Assistant to join our fast-paced sourcing team. What You\’ll Be Doing

Supplier Management: Maintain and update supplier lists across categories, ensuring they\’re working with the right partners and constantly reviewing opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.

Performance & Reporting: Help to build reports that help track supplier performance, costing, freight terms (FOB, landed, etc.), and on-time delivery.

Sustainability & Compliance: Support suppliers in meeting their ethical, environmental, and compliance standards. You\’ll be a key player in keeping their supply base audit-ready and values-aligned.

Supplier Onboarding: Help onboard new, exciting suppliers while keeping all the right documentation in place-from contracts to capacity tracking to delivery terms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Developers, Merchandisers, Finance, and Logistics to keep things moving smoothly from design to delivery.

Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of global sourcing trends and explore new countries of origin (COOs), supplier innovations, and market shifts to support our sourcing strategy.
