O\’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time Commercial Fit-Out Manager to work for a major fit-out contractor with a wealth of projects in the Cambridge area. They are looking for someone who is energetic and open-minded to new ways of working but who also has a strong background working on CAT B commercial fit-out projects.
As Commercial Fit-Out Manager you will oversee the process of preparing the interior of a commercial space for occupancy, ensuring it meets specific functional, aesthetic, and brand requirements. This involves managing various aspects of the project, from initial design to final completion, and coordinating with different teams to achieve a successful outcome.
The successful candidate must have:
- Over 5 years\’ experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out industry preferably with experience of both office and education schemes.
- Based in and able to commute around Cambridge
- Demonstrated history of going the distance with a company
- Preferably access to own vehicle
- The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
