Salary: £55,270 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience
Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Agile 1-2 days office attendance required (Please note: the successful candidate may be required to attend the office more frequently for training)

Join our Lettings and Rehousing Team at L&Q:
We are looking for an experienced lettings and rehousing manager to support one of our regional teams. Managing a team of 12 which includes lettings officers, rehousing managers and an assistant you will be responsible for all lettings, rehousing cases and enquiries in a geographical area.

Your impact in the role:
We are looking for an experienced manager who can work in a pressured environment and juggle competing priorities such are new build handovers, void KPIs, temporary accommodation cases, permanent rehousing cases, MP enquiries, complaints, housing ombudsman orders, and team management.
