Were looking for an Operational Procurement Manager to support the UK business in aligning global External Supply Operations (ESO) strategy with local execution. This role plays a key part in translating global strategic objectives into actionable priorities for daily operations. Youll help drive operational performance across ESO functions while coordinating people, processes, and resources to deliver maximum value to both internal stakeholders and end customers.
Your Impact in This Role
- Lead UK External Supply Operations (ESO) for T&R, providing strategic and operational direction.
- Oversee end-to-end ESO processes, including purchase request to payment, project delivery, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with UK ESO functional leads to drive operational excellence and business growth through inspirational leadership.
- Develop and maintain an effective UK ESO governance structure, covering key processes such as supply review, change control, new product launches (NPL), tech transfers, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure smooth execution and adherence to ESO governance, escalating risks or delays as appropriate.
- Drive goal setting, KPI realization, and performance transparency (e.g. OTIF, LNS, OOS), in alignment with global ESO reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK ESO operational performance, supporting both local and global stakeholder needs.
- Provide input into S&OP and commercial reporting to flag risks and opportunities early.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including UK Procurement, PMO, and SPS program leads, to align priorities, resources, and strategic planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and promoting capability development across the UK ESO organization.
What We\’re Looking For
- A degree (or equivalent) in a technical or numerical subject such as Science or Business.
- 10+ years of experience across multiple areas within Operations including production, quality, supply chain, technical, or continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing people effectively.
- Six Sigma or Lean certification (e.g. Green Belt) is preferred.
