The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Gas Operations Manager to lead and support our engineering team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an office-based role in OX4, where youll play a central role in coordinating field activities, liaising with the admin team, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of gas engineers, ensuring high-quality performance and customer service.

Act as the central point of contact between engineers, the admin team, and customers.

Oversee daily operational activities, managing schedules and job allocations.

Handle incoming calls and assist with diagnosing customer issues where appropriate.
