The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Gas Operations Manager to lead and support our engineering team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an office-based role in OX4, where youll play a central role in coordinating field activities, liaising with the admin team, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of gas engineers, ensuring high-quality performance and customer service.

  • Act as the central point of contact between engineers, the admin team, and customers.

  • Oversee daily operational activities, managing schedules and job allocations.

  • Handle incoming calls and assist with diagnosing customer issues where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with the admin team to resolve operational queries and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Monitor and report on performance, identifying areas for improvement and training.
