Key Responsibilities:
- Periodic testing in domestic properties
- Completing remedial work following EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
- PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
- Electrical heating repair
- Handling small quotes and completing condition reports
- Ensuring high-quality customer care when interacting with clients and tenants
- Updating and communicating progress, both electronically and manually
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, COSHH)
- Ordering and auditing parts as necessary
Required Qualifications / Knowledge:
- Knowledge of domestic electrical regulations (BS7671)
- 18th Editionwiring regulations
- City & Guilds 2391qualification (inspection and testing)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
- Experience in EICRs, electrical installations, and fault finding
- Proficient in electrical controls and circuits
