Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a skilled and motivated transactional finance team
- Oversee day-to-day AP/AR operations and ensure accuracy in reconciliations
- Own the improvement of invoice processing and cash collection
- Collaborate closely with practices to ensure timely debt recovery and compliance
- Minimise non-PO invoices and support best practice implementation
- Maintain robust control over key client accounts, and corporate debt positions
- Foster a positive and productive team culture, ensuring workload balance and growth
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in transactional finance or financial operations
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
- AAT Qualified or similar with people management exposure
- Strong attention to detail and a love of improving processes
- Comfortable using finance systems and excel
- A proactive, positive approach and genuine desire to develop others
