Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a skilled and motivated transactional finance team
  • Oversee day-to-day AP/AR operations and ensure accuracy in reconciliations
  • Own the improvement of invoice processing and cash collection
  • Collaborate closely with practices to ensure timely debt recovery and compliance
  • Minimise non-PO invoices and support best practice implementation
  • Maintain robust control over key client accounts, and corporate debt positions
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture, ensuring workload balance and growth

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in transactional finance or financial operations
  • Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
  • AAT Qualified or similar with people management exposure
  • Strong attention to detail and a love of improving processes
  • Comfortable using finance systems and excel
  • A proactive, positive approach and genuine desire to develop others
