Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer – 4+ PQE – FULLY REMOTE

Our client is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on real estate, infrastructure and engineering projects.

Highly ranked in the Legal 500 the firm are seeking a non contentious construction associate with 4+ PQE to work remotely.

The successful candidate:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (However foreign qualified candidates with equivalent and/or comparable experience in the domestic market will be considered)
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative
  • Relevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms as well as drafting bespoke appointments
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE and bespoke contractual arrangements
