Background
The7stars is known as an agency that plans and buys media unlike no other, with precision in how we target audiences paying attention to the smallest of details. We have a team of Activation planners and buyers, and we know the importance of delivering a plan that you have meticulously created.
As our billings are nearing £500m, we need to ensure that we place the same level of rigor across all plans that leave Bush House with creativity at the heart of what we do. Therefore, we want to supercharge the team, creating a best-in-class Activation team that delivers the best implementational campaigns for our clients and is recognized as the UK\’s best Activation team.
The Role
To be a future-facing Activation team that truly plans holistically, we need to supercharge the agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, and we are looking for driven, motivated individuals to be part of this exciting new team.
What you’ll be doing;
- Deliver market-leading media plans across Publishing, Audio, and Digital
- Understand trends, technological developments, and their implications for the agency’s output and clients
- Drive innovation! We want to win awards for our clients, so be creative
- Work closely with client teams to ensure plans align with business objectives, the communication platform, and key KPIs
- Assist with the management and delivery of audit guarantees across PRF Clients
- Develop media owner relationships to seek out new market opportunities and manage weekly media owner sessions
- Attend client status and reporting calls to ensure campaign delivery excellence
- Execute and deliver best-in-class PCA’s across the agency
- Support the wider team and trading team via supplier & value forecasting
- Help develop and upskill junior planners/buyers, setting roles and responsibilities with accountability
Essential
- Prior experience in planning and/or buying
- A passion for delivering innovation and award-winning work through implementational planning and buying
- Highly motivated to drive value for clients across Audio and Display
