Cocentric is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Connect team. Following recent funding, Connect is entering an exciting new phase of growth – rolling out to global customers across retail, hospitality, manufacturing and beyond.

This is a pivotal role in the next phase of Connect’s growth. You’ll work with customers across retail, hospitality, manufacturing and more, ensuring each deployment is delivered smoothly, on time, and with measurable impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the full lifecycle of client implementations – from onboarding and discovery to configuration, testing, go-live and handover.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact throughout delivery.
  • Lead requirement-gathering, define scope clearly, validate expectations and manage change.
  • Produce structured project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, implementation checklists and weekly status reports.
  • Drive momentum across workstreams, ensuring clear next steps, managed dependencies and on-time progress.

Cross‑Team Coordination

  • Coordinate across engineering, product, consulting and customer success teams to keep delivery aligned and unblocked.
  • Prepare and run structured meetings with clear agendas, decisions and actions.
  • Ensure risks and issues are raised early, communicated clearly, and resolved collaboratively.

Agile Delivery

  • Support agile workflows within the Connect team, facilitating sprint ceremonies where needed.
  • Work with product and engineering to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritised and ready for development.
  • Follow through on sprint and retrospective actions to maintain team cadence and accountability.

Process, PMO and Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain consistent delivery frameworks, templates and reporting practices as we scale globally.
  • Improve forecasting, capacity planning, and utilisation visibility across Connect’s delivery streams.
  • Identify gaps in our processes and proactively lead improvements with clear proposals and execution plans.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven experience delivering implementation projects for enterprise or mid‑market clients.
  • Clear strengths in client leadership, communication and relationship‑building.
  • A track record of owning delivery end to end, including documentation, planning and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with discipline and urgency.
  • Confidence working with technical teams (engineering, solution architects, product managers) and translating detail into structured plans.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally – ensuring clients and internal teams always know what is happening next.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the confidence to take ownership, elevate issues early, and move delivery forward.
  • Experience improving delivery processes, tools and frameworks.
  • Bonus: experience in HR tech, digital employee experience, identity and access solutions or workforce management tools.
