Join JLR’s Seating Engineering team in a forward-looking role focused on shaping the technologies and customer experiences of tomorrow. From the earliest concept phases through to vehicle launch, you’ll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge seating systems, solving complex challenges, and influencing engineering strategy across platforms. WHAT TO EXPECT
- Be a key contributor to the end-to-end development of seating attributes—from concept to launch.
- Project manage seating attribute targets, metrics, and workload delivery
- Benchmark competitor vehicles and systems to inform future feature targets
- Chair seating attribute reviews and negotiate target trade-offs
- Coordinate comfort assessments and customer feature testing
- Drive resolution of complex technical issues alongside engineering teams
- Interface with internal teams and suppliers to support seating system delivery
WHAT YOU\’LL NEED
