Located in the highly prestigious Belgravia district of London, The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a creative Social Media Manager, responsible for curating the end to end management of The Peninsula London\’s owned social media channels.

Key accountabilities

  • Bringing the story of The Peninsula London to life through a wide range of multimedia content and formats, including copywriting, videography, photography, illustration, and animation (among others). Working alongside the Director of Digital Marketing, the Social Media Manager will be the go-to contact and guardian across the business for all things social – from content ideation to reporting back on performance.
  • Owning the day-to-day community management of The Peninsula London\’s social media channels, including monitoring public/ inbox comments, posting, responding to guest queries and issues escalation (crisis management).
  • Working with relevant internal stakeholders and agency partners, help to develop and finalise the overarching social media channel and content strategies for the hotel, as well as specific strategies for key divisions e.g. F&B, Wellness, E-Commerce etc…

  • Passionate about social marketing
  • Creative with strong copywriting, photography and video editing skills
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency
  • Fluent English communication proficiency.
  • Self-starter, creative, team-oriented, detailed-oriented and organised.
