I am recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join an established industrial plant, responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. You must be happy to work 5 over 7 days in the week
