Field Sales Team Leader – Health & Fitness
£40,000-£45,000 basic + £12,000 bonus + expenses | Field-based

THE ROLE
You\’ll manage a small team of field-based Sales Executives across partner gyms in your region. You\’ll coach, support and challenge them every day – not from a desk, but right there on the gym floor.
Expect to run daily huddles, refine sales pitch techniques, monitor KPIs, and lead by example when it comes to hitting targets. You\’ll also build strong relationships with gym staff to maximise our in-gym visibility.
