- Support in the generation of regular and ad hoc reports to the Executive, Management and Regional boards/others.
- Support in the generation of insurance proposals/other associated documents to external parties and to our people.
- Creating, issuing, closing out and collating responses in relation to annual/quarterly declarations.
- Liaising with our insurance brokers to obtain documents/insurance certificates required for bids, etc, as required.
- Updating Risk Management pages/documents on internal intranet.
- Supporting with responses to Commission Managers in relation to bid queries.
- Supporting (ad hoc basis – during leave/absence), the Leeds contract review team, by managing Risk Management Mail and distributing reviews, revisits.
Administration Tasks:
- Diary management, arranging meetings, screening/responding to emails on behalf of the Global Risk Management Director, where required.
- Taking minutes at committee meetings, including preparation and collation of meeting information packs.
- Supporting with the generation of Risk Management documents.
- Arranging travel and accommodation, as required.
- Assisting with raising and managing purchase orders.
- Proactive self-starter with an ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
