As a member of our Private Equity tax team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of private equity-backed businesses, supporting them from investment to exit.

Role Overview
As a Manager within our Private Equity tax team, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on various tax issues, including compliance and advisory projects
- Overseeing the preparation and review of corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Providing guidance on tax implications of business decisions, structuring transactions, and mitigating risks
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Understanding clients’ business objectives and providing tailored tax solutions
- Staying updated on tax legislation and communicating impacts to stakeholders
- Fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting business development activities
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with:
- A professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and post-qualification experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Desirable but not essential: experience with PE-backed businesses, transactions, or working within professional services
