Payroll Implementation Manager – 6 month – London – Hybrid – up to £90,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a firm, looking for an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager, on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will be responsible in leading the global payroll transformation project across both the UK & US, and is on a hybrid basis, based in their central London office.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the payroll implementation project across UK and US entities.
- Manage vendor selection and evaluation processes.
- Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure a smooth transition.
- Define project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with both UK and US payroll legislation.
- Align payroll processes across entities to deliver a standardised, scalable solution.
- Manage testing, parallel runs, and change management activities.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and manage stakeholder communications.
