The Role:

As an Advanced Practitioner within the Locality Safeguarding Service you will be actively supporting the professional development of NQSW\’s and assessing their progress throughout their ASYE.The Advanced Practitioner offer extends to providing support and mentoring all practitioners across the service to enable reflection, learning and to lead on implementation to support workers to adapt to change with an aim to improve practice.This is a varied role incorporating complaint investigations, targeted audit activity and training within a team where the remit constantly evolves to embrace change and meet the changing demands of the service.

If you are able to demonstrate that you have considerable experience (over 3 years) in a statutory children\’s social care setting and a broad range of skills and experience to help you to deliver and support high quality practice and want to work in a varied and valued role, please apply.
