What Youll Be Doing: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction and manufacturing industries. Identifying, sourcing, and placing high-quality candidates to meet client requirements. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Proactively growing your desk through business development and networking. Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates to maintain our trusted reputation. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development bonus points for knowledge of the construction or manufacturing sectors. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
