The Role:

Contentious Focus: Primarily acting for insolvency office-holders on antecedent transaction claims and breach of duty matters under the Insolvency Act and Companies Act.
Varied Client Base: Representing IPs, lenders, directors, litigation funders, and distressed investors.
Case Complexity: A real chance to work on heavyweight disputes and advisory matters with cross-border elements.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years\’ PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency (contentious experience desirable)
  • Solid understanding of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006
  • Excellent drafting and research skills
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Ambitious, proactive, and confident in handling client relationships
