Then, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our new Agile Delivery Manager.
We are currently looking for an Agile Delivery Manager within TIDE Service Ltd to look after the Delivery team for our Geodesys brand.

What will you be doing?
Using a servant leadership style, you will support the delivery of new products, client onboardings and new applications to the business and resolve issues using an agile mindset.
You will operate at a senior level by leading on a range of agile techniques, with the ability to coach within and outside of the team. This will include planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies applying best practices from Scrum and Kanban – or any other methodology that works for the team. You will make operational decisions with the team and the support of the Software Development Manager about ways of working and being integral in the estimation and forecasting to achieve business objectives. You will work under broad direction and have end-to-end delivery responsibilities.
As a natural leader and with your experience in Agile Coaching, you are responsible for maintaining delivery momentum and unblocking problems. You will guide the wider team through the different phases of product delivery while supporting effective budget management.
Key Responsibilities
· Enabling product teams to effectively deliver on team goals and priorities – supporting the business strategy and objectives
· Working closely with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to understand and deliver value for our customers
· Identify and remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies and create structures for the team to address them
· Instil and uphold agile processes, help the team continuously deliver and grow.
· Support the team and individuals through coaching, knowledge sharing, problem solving and facilitation
· Create, maintain and iterate on processes and workflow to enable the most effective delivery
· Track and communicate team metrics and progress – using data to measure impact and support decisions as well as budget planning
· You will not be writing stories or managing the teams\’ backlog but you will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the right direction and processes are in place to achieve the desired outcomes, in line with the business strategy
· Enable cross team collaboration
· Input into delivery and team strategy to support the growth of the business
· Play an active part in our community of Agile Delivery/Project Managers, sharing your skills knowledge and expertise
What will you bring?

· You will have passion for change and people and support the teams in becoming the best versions of themselves.
· As our next Agile Delivery Manager, a First or Second level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSMI, CSP, PSMII) or similar (KMP1, PSK I, Kanban Management Professional) is desirable but not essential and you should have solid experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
· With an awareness of software development processes and procedures, you will have a proven track record of delivering products on time and to high standards.
· Relevant experience of IS/IT, Software Development, Product Development, Project Management, Budget Management.
· Proven track record as an Agile Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Service Delivery Manager.
· An agile mindset and with emphasis on inspect and adapt.
