As Projects and Logistics Coordinator you will work closely with the other Coordinators and support the team by taking responsibility for crewing, travel booking and managing the logistics and other administrative tasks associated to the projects that are assigned to you., * Booking technicians to jobs, both internal staff and external freelancers

Arranging travel and accommodation where necessary for the technicians who are working way from home

Administration support to the UK Logistics team

Arranging vehicle passes for venues prior to the onsite date

Ensuring all staff and freelance technicians have the correct company uniform and paperwork for each Job

Ensure all internal & external technicians receive comprehensive installation instructions for each job, helping to achieve a smooth and right first-time delivery

Supporting with the maintenance of the freelancer database

Assisting the Projects and Logistics Manager with freight procedures for entering and exiting show sites

Overseeing the load & unload of trucks when required, ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail oriented and an effective communicator with the ability to work well as part of a large team., * High level of Organisational skills

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

Administrative experience

Strong IT skills (including Outlook, Word and Excel)

The ability to work well and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment

A keen eye for detail

A great team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

The ability to travel and work overtime as required

Previous experience with scheduling technicians and/or vehicles desired but not essential
