- This role is hybrid; the successful candidate will assume all responsibilities of a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

The main purpose is to deliver enhancements and functionality using Deltek Vantagepoint ERP, involving system support, consulting, and stakeholder engagement. You will assist in gathering requirements and delivering solutions that meet practice needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver system enhancements and projects;
- Identify opportunities for future improvements within Deltek Vantagepoint;
- Collaborate with internal project teams to improve data sharing and reduce inefficiencies;
- Support business process changes related to systems;
- Provide 3rd line support for Deltek Vantagepoint;
- Maintain governance around QA, change management, documentation, and knowledge base.
Essential Skills
- Good IT knowledge;
- Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint;
- Ability to create, document, and implement solutions based on requirements;
- Understanding of ERP support systems;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- SQL experience (preferable);
- Prioritize workload effectively;
- Write test scripts and ensure quality before deployment;
- Test and document patches/bug fixes;
- Monitor and manage interfaces.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with integrations, point solutions, or other ERPs;
- Relevant secondary or higher education qualifications;
- Financial or HR qualifications (desirable).
