We are looking for an assistant block property manager to join our Block Management team in Wimbledon. Do you have experience supporting a team of Property Managers, or a similar role? Are you organised and efficient with processes? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. Responsibilities of an assistant block property manager
- Assisting the property managers on an allocated portfolio
- Manage relationships with all parties including clients, leaseholders, tenants, contractors, and onsite personnel
- Ensure that issues that arise are managed effectively to secure the best outcome
- Attend client meetings, whether within normal working hours, or by agreement out of hours
- Achieving an understanding of budgets, expenditure, and service charge debts of the clients’ properties
- Gaining an understanding of the major works process and assisting with the Section 20 notice requirements
- Undertake inspections to ensure the properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition in line with the requirements of the management agreement and any agreed maintenance schedules
