The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical and MEP packages across NHS, Commercial, and Heritage buildings, with a consistent pipeline of secured work within the London area.\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nBased in London, the Electrical Project Manager will take full responsibility for managing a small portfolio of projects, typically up to £2 million in value. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme, and commercially controlled.\\n\\nThis role suits a hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable working in live and sensitive environments and managing multiple stakeholders.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage electrical projects from inception through to completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee 2–3 live projects with individual values up to £2m\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Control programme, budgets, variations, and procurement\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain high standards of health & safety, particularly on NHS and heritage sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attend progress meetings and provide regular reporting\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage commissioning, testing, and final handover\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the MEP/building services sector\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience delivering projects in NHS, commercial, or heritage environments\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication and leadership ability\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS (preferred)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant electrical qualifications\\n\\nPackage & Benefits\\n\\n * \\n\\n £65,000 – £70,000 per annum\\n\\n * \\n\\n Travel included\\n\\n * \\n\\n Secure, long-term role with a stable and reputable contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Immediate start available
