With continued success and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of major residential schemes.\\n\\nAbout the Company:\\n\\nThis contractor is recognised for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical packages across multi-unit residential developments. They partner with some of the most respected developers in the industry, including Berkeley Group, Higgins, and Hill Group, and maintain a strong presence in the London market with projects ranging in value from £5m to £20m+.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nAs Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of the electrical installation package on residential schemes – from pre-construction coordination through to handover.

This role offers autonomy and progression within a forward-thinking business.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage the electrical element of residential MEP projects from inception to completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee commercial, technical, and delivery aspects of the project\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination of labour/subcontractors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with main contractors, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with current regulations, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks\\n\\n * \\n\\n Review and manage drawings, technical submissions, procurement schedules and progress reporting\\n\\n * \\n\\n Drive progress to meet programme targets and client expectations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and report on project budgets, variations, and financial performance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support commissioning and successful project handover\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the residential sector\\n\\n * \\n\\n Background in delivering large-scale electrical packages for M&E contractors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong commercial and technical knowledge of building services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n SMSTS or similar site management certification\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant electrical qualifications and industry accreditations\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive base salary of £75,000\\n\\n * \\n\\n Travel expenses fully covered\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on high-profile residential schemes with Tier 1 developers\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term pipeline of work with a financially stable contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career progression opportunities within a growing business\\n\\nIf you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and well-established contractor, we’d love to hear from you.
