Electrical Project Manager – Leading MEP Contractor (Residential Projects)\\nSalary: £75,000 + Travel Expenses\\nLocation: London & Surrounding Areas\\nType: Permanent, Full-Time\\n\\nWe’re currently representing a well-established and highly regarded MEP contractor with a secured £50 million+ turnover for this year and a strong, ongoing pipeline of residential projects across London and the South East. With continued success and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of major residential schemes.\\n\\nAbout the Company:\\n\\nThis contractor is recognised for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical packages across multi-unit residential developments. They partner with some of the most respected developers in the industry, including Berkeley Group, Higgins, and Hill Group, and maintain a strong presence in the London market with projects ranging in value from £5m to £20m+.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nAs Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of the electrical installation package on residential schemes – from pre-construction coordination through to handover.
