NQ Commercial Property Solicitor – Our clients, a long established, multi office Kent firm with roots dating back to the 1800’s are now looking for a further Commercial Property Solicitor to join their commercial team at their East Kent offices.

About the Role
They are now looking for a Solicitor who is between NQ-2 years PQE with a good background and good training. Working under the supervision of the HOD, you will be running a busy caseload of commercial property files including, land development, landlord and tenant transactions, purchase and sale of business and investment properties along with general commercial conveyancing.

Candidate Requirements
This firm’s reputation is built on the expertise and experience of its staff, leading to a steady flow of referral and repeat business, and as such, the ideal candidate will have NQ–2 years\’ property experience, strong communication and client-facing skills, and ideally an interest in business development.
