Reassured is seeking a Head of SEO to drive high-performance organic growth for our lead generation business.
This is a hybrid role combining leadership strategy and hands-on SEO management, with a core focus on performance, measurable results, and revenue contribution.
As our Head of SEO, you’ll own the function end-to-end – from technical optimisation and content strategy, to leveraging the latest in AI-driven search, SERP feature targeting, and programmatic SEO to dominate organic lead acquisition.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing SEO team (in-house + agency)
- Own and evolve our SEO strategy to drive lead volume and revenue
- Execute technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and crawl optimisation
- Scale programmatic SEO and AI-powered content strategies
- Build authority through ethical link building and digital PR
- Drive performance reporting tied to commercial outcomes (CPL, PPL, Conversion)
- Champion E-E-A-T, CRO, and compliance across all SEO activities
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven track record in SEO leadership and lead generation
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools (GA, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Experience managing teams and external partners
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Passion for innovation, AI, and staying ahead of SEO trends
