Role Title: Consultant

Required Core Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to:
– Lightning Web Components (LWC): Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
– Apex: Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages (if applicable).
– Salesforce Flows: Develop complex automated business processes using various Flow types (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, etc.).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
Debug and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.
Manage data migrations and integrations with other systems using various Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development best practices.
Document technical designs, code, and processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
Proven expertise in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong proficiency in Apex development (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, etc.).
Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows.
Experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
Familiarity with version control systems (eg, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
