As Product Owner – Data, Marketing & Affiliate Platforms, you will drive the development and management of tools and experiences that enhance data-driven decision making, customer engagement, and affiliate program performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and prioritising the roadmap for data integrations, marketing journeys, and affiliate platforms.
- Transforming ideas into user stories, maintaining a backlog, and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring and improving data quality, site performance, and fixing issues promptly.
- Collaborating with design teams to build intuitive user flows and conducting early testing with real users.
- Optimising site journeys for speed, clarity, and conversion in partnership with SEO and content teams.
- Designing tools for marketers and affiliates to facilitate campaign planning, loyalty programs, dashboards, and AI insights.
- Tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, customer value, traffic, sign-ups, and partner satisfaction.
- Communicating updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have:
