Job Title: Education Engagement Instructor Location: Oakham, Leicestershire Contract: Temporary / Permanent, Full-time Salary: £24,500 (actual) Start Date: ASAP We are working with a specialist independent school, based in Oakham, who provides education, residential, and therapy for young people aged 8 – 18. All students attending the school have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs), so experience working with these would be advantageous. The students studying at the school have a variety of different needs within SEMH, ASD, and other related conditions. The school also caters for students with challenging behaviours. The RoleTo effectively and consistently manage the behaviour of pupils in line with the policies and ethos of the school. Contribute to the development and maintain the highest professional standards of practice, through active participation in internal and external CPD, and training and development programmes, in consultation with the SLT. Maintain the highest standards of record keeping, including electronic data entry and recording, report writing and the responsible exercise of professional self-governance in accordance with professional codes of practices and school policies and procedures.
