Years of Experience
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience including 4+ years of digital interaction design experience and participating in all aspects of interaction design (planning, research, UX design, UI design).

Craft
- Be a leader in Interaction Design at a project level. Extend the craft and share practice across the studio and beyond.
- Deliver the design of new experiences and improve existing products through creative thinking, a deep understanding of the user and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Create detailed definition of product interactions based on relevant business, technical and design considerations.
- Collaborate with other designers, developers and researchers on mixed methods work to bring integrated value to our clients.
- Explain, discuss and justify design decisions effectively; give design feedback.
Project
- Take ownership of the end-to-end design of the experience, working in collaboration with design leads and junior team members.
- Support and help lead interaction design activities at the project level.
- Create impactful, meaningful and empathetic executions.
- Support in solving design problems end-to-end, from identifying user needs, generating concepts to defining and creating a product and crafting how people will interact with it.
- Communicate interaction concepts for digital products through various artefacts such sketches, wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
- Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client\’s office to work collaboratively.
Client
- We work with a wide variety of clients, across different industries and sectors, however we\’re currently looking for designers to work specifically on several health and government projects.
- Establish and develop client relationships.
- A number of our clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency.
- Work in collaboration with client teams to understand the user, business and brand.
- Present thinking through appropriate methods to gain feedback and iterate your thinking.
- Create quality client deliverables.
- Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and client meetings.
Community
- Help to evolve the craft practice, bringing state-of-the-art methods and approaches from external and internal expertise.
- Nurture a new generation of talented design practitioners
- Support in recruitment, conducting interviews and providing feedback.
- Attend and help plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences as an Accenture Song ambassador.
Skillset
- Relevant experience in Interaction Design, Product Design and Product Creation.
- Hybrid design experience, demonstrating that you can blend user insight and interaction design skills to create unique design solutions.
- Experience in translating business and customer requirements into a compelling holistic experience across different touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and experience in designing to industry recognised standards.
- High proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe CC.
- High dexterity in speed and quality with the tools of your trade.
- Experience in running online and offline workshops and interviews with clients and partners to validate design decisions.
- Ability to create lower fidelity to fully interactive prototypes.
- Have a great appreciation for brand, typography, colour and layout.
- Knowledge of and curiosity about technology, translating its impact on design solutions.
- Knowledge of and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes.
- Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
- Proven history of delivering Interaction Design outcomes on time.
- Familiarity with delivery management tools such as Trello, JIRA or Asana and delivery methodologies such as Agile, DevOPs etc.
