CNC Operator.

Lincolnshire (A46 / A15 area).

Up to £24,332 + shift premium (OTE up to £26,765).

Due to further, strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a CNC Operator to join them at their facility in Lincolnshire. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the secure career prospects you are seeking?

Reporting into the Performance Supervisors and working as part of the small, friendly machining team, you will take ownership of ensuring the smooth running of CNC machinery within your department.

The key responsibilities for your new role as CNC Operator are as follows:

Ensuring the smooth running of CNC machinery milling, turning, grinding and drilling (dependent on your department).

Ensuring all components meet the required quality standards.

Ensuring products are machined on time and in full.

General inspection responsibilities, as required.

Involvement in setting high standards within the workplace.

Occasionally carrying out other tasks, such as assembly and pinning, as and when required.

My client is keen to find someone with solid expertise in the operation of CNC Machinery, who ideally has an NVQ in Engineering Manufacture (although not essential). Regardless of previous experience, you will have a good eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills and work well both independently and as part of a team.

In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of up to £30,588, plus shift premium when working a late shift. An excellent benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank holidays), subsidised health care, personal accident plan, long service award, bike to work scheme, death in service benefit and a matched pension of 5%.

Morning shift

Monday Thursday 6am 1.35pm.

Friday 6am 12.45pm.

Late shift (20% shift premium)

Monday to Thursday 1.25pm 9.05pm.

Friday 12.35pm 7pm.
