About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic finance professional to support our UK business operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping regional financial strategy while ensuring robust financial controls and operational efficiency across borders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement regional financial strategies, policies, and process improvements.
- Own end-to-end revenue cycle management: income recognition, daily collections, payment approvals, and cash flow risk mitigation.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to monitor KPIs and advise on profit optimization.
- Bridge regional and shared service teams to standardize processes and enhance financial data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA/ACCA qualifications highly valued.
- Experience: 5+ years in finance roles (3+ for exceptional performers). Logistics or corporate finance background preferred.
Required Skills
- Mastery of financial operations: analysis, cost control, settlements, tax, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial tools (ERP systems, Power BI, Excel modeling).
- Global Mindset: International exposure and business-level English fluency required.
Preferred Skills
- Logistics or corporate finance background preferred.
