Responsibilities

  1. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the global HRIS system (Workday), managing employee data, and troubleshooting issues to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Oversee the management of employee documentation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date on Workday.
  3. Keep accurate and current people records, ensuring employee folders are updated weekly.
  4. Ensure the accurate updating of the joiner and leaver spreadsheets.
  5. Prepare new joiner documentation and manage onboarding processes, coordinating with all departments to ensure readiness. Background check process including tracking, auditing of final reports and follow-ups, audit conducted on a weekly basis of checks in process.
  6. Manage leaver documentation working closely with the business to ensure all leaver processes and documentation are accurate. This includes the leaver processes for the Firms’ contractors.
  7. Manage the Visa administrative process for new joiners and leavers.
  8. Manage maternity and paternity processes.
  9. Manage probation reviews in conjunction with the HRBPs and business to ensure that the line managers follow through on this process.
  10. Coordinate with HR teams globally to support business needs and maintain standardized processes across locations.
  11. Oversee the rolling rescreening process for certified individuals and those in high-risk roles. Rescreening is conducted once a year.
  12. Accurately record changes, moves, and transfers in all relevant systems, ensuring proper filing and communication with the HR team and payroll.
  13. Accurately record changes for benefits for new joiners and leavers.
  14. Represent the HR team, supporting projects and workload as required. Encourage and implement continuous improvement measures.
  15. Update internal office Facebooks in a timely manner, both new joiners and leavers.
  16. Manage the bi-annual GDPR purge on Workday.
  17. Produce ad hoc reports for the HR team.
