The D.E.Shaw group seeks a proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support senior executives of the firm’s London-based trading and investor relations groups. This person will play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track in a dynamic, engaging, and inclusive working environment.

What you’ll do day-to-day

Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating and executing detail-sensitive meetings, planning intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects, and providing general administrative assistance.

The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.

Detail-oriented individuals with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who are accustomed to taking ownership of their work and excel individually and in team settings will thrive in this role.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) and the ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
