AsSales Office Manageryou will be a pivotal part of the Branch and its success so get ready to be in demand. Ideally you will have some background inmanufacturing,MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so dont let this stop you from applying!

Key Responsibilities

Joining our local management team, you will manage and lead the internal sales team at the branch, ensuring sales activities are maximised to help the branch exceed all sales and profit targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service levels.
You will be responsible for setting and monitoring all individual and team targets, full performance management and development to include training and coaching; ensuring that the highest standards of sales support, administration and customer service are always maintained.
You will co-ordinate supplier and technical specialist engagement to develop team and customeropportunities.
Overseeing all sales administration processing to ensure completed in a timely and efficient manner, utilising the relevant systems (CRM etc.)Direct handling of customer queries & orders, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times.
Take an active lead in developing existing accounts, seeking and capitalising upon opportunities to up-sell across the product portfolio whilst encouraging the team to do the same. Take initiative to know the industry and competitors.
Drive activity for effective quotation management through developing the team and leading by example.
