We\’re busier than ever keeping industry moving, and now we\’re looking for a driven Sales Office Manager to join our team in Newport. As our Sales Office Manager, you\’ll play a key role in the success of our branch. You\’ll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, support our customers with everything from parts to tooling, and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. Someone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)
Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counters—but don\’t worry, full training is provided
Hands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers

Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team
Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth
Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
Build strong customer relationships—handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio
Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice
