Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Analyst / Coordinator to support project delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications, and have a sharp eye for accuracy in data reporting and documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on track, and follow established governance practices.
Primary Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, including managing change requests.
- Maintain and update all project documentation, dashboards, and reports (e.g., RAID logs, status updates, timelines).
- Assist in resource planning, capacity tracking, and budget monitoring activities.
- Coordinate and support project governance forums such as steering committee meetings — including preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and tracking of actions.
- Provide accurate, timely project and portfolio reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure project teams are following established methodologies, tools, and templates as defined by the PMO.
- Support risk and issue management, ensuring proper escalation where required.
- Assist in key project lifecycle phases such as initiation, change control, and project closure.
- Identify and propose improvements to PMO processes, templates, and overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and update project status reports and ensure alignment across initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a project coordinator, PMO, or project analyst role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is preferred.
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar is a plus.
