We work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

The Role:

The role will include developing good working relationships with the client, ensuring that CNI jobs are maintained at manageable levels, costs are controlled across all areas of service delivery; profitability is maximised and that the Contract T&C’s are fully understood and adhered to.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and procure subcontract work packages as required.
  • Attend progress meetings and provide commercial reports to clients as required including quarterly reports on expenditure against PPP capped items.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Contract and ensure compliance with all terms, conditions and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the Contract Manager to identify potential cost/efficiency savings on the contract – particularly around the delivery of the PPP.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Term Contracts and ability to challenge / resolve areas of service delivery which are not aligned to Terms & Conditions.
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with client(s).
  • Negotiate and manage the best possible commercial deals with Sub-Contractors.
  • Ability to work from own initiative and bring new innovative ideas to the business.
