This role will be based out of our brand‑new World of Hearing store, a concept that focuses on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer‑centric environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide innovative hearing aid solutions, showcasing the latest advancements in technology.
  • Conduct interactive experiences where customers explore hearing solutions and receive hands‑on demonstrations.
  • Deliver personalised consultations to ensure each customer receives the most suitable hearing care solution based on individual needs.
  • Perform comprehensive hearing assessments, including advanced tests and evaluations to diagnose hearing issues accurately.
  • Educate and support patients with resources and services that promote hearing health and informed decision‑making.

Person Specification

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
  • Consistent clinical audit results.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
