As a member of our Private Equity tax team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of private equity-backed businesses, supporting them from investment to exit.

A look into the role
As a Manager within our Private Equity tax team, you will:
- Advise a broad range of clients on various tax issues, including compliance and advisory projects
- Oversee the preparation and review of corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws
- Provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions, structuring transactions, and mitigating tax risks
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the investment lifecycle
- Understand clients’ business objectives and offer tailored tax solutions
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting private equity-backed clients and communicate impacts
- Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Support pitches and proposals, and participate in business development activities
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who can work at pace and adapt to change. The minimum requirements include:
- A professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, transaction experience, supervision experience, and a desire to develop deep knowledge of our services. Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box—we will support your development.
