Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Delivery Consultant to join our clients' dynamic delivery team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about project delivery and eager to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of projects, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and maintaining high standards of delivery excellence. You ideally will have worked in a consultancy role before and in an agile environment, supporting the public sector. This is a rapidly growing, well established global consultancy, who value and look after their people.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities across multiple workstreams.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and support the creation of client-facing materials.
Stakeholder Support: Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential risks and issues, and support mitigation planning.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
Meeting Support: Organize and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Tool Management: Support the use and maintenance of project management tools (eg, Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Skills & Experience
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
