Your new role You will report to the Mechanical Contracts Manager and will be responsible for supervising mechanical services on site. Key Duties: Manage daily/weekly contract tasks and supervise key activities. Oversee programming and resource allocation for cost efficiency. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor contract progress to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget. Assist in developing valuations for effective cash flow and accurate WIP. Liaise with suppliers and teams for timely delivery and installation. Represent the company at contract progress meetings. Prepare progress and cost review information for internal meetings. Promote high safety and quality standards on site. Assist in preparing and handing over operation/maintenance manuals. Mentor and supervise the contracts team for development. Challenge and improve current systems. Assess team performance and address issues or training needs. Encourage communication and maintain positive working relationships What you\’ll need to succeed NVQ/C&G Plumbing & Heating Qualification Minimum of 2 years of mechanical site supervision experience. Willing to work away on GB projects 4/5 days per week Experience mentoring other operatives and apprentices.
