As an Area Sales Executive, you\βll:
β Generate and convert your own leads β no limits, no hand-holding
β Build and manage a pipeline that delivers consistent results
β Onboard new clients and get them trading fast
β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
β Track your performance through our CRM and own your numbers
β Solve problems, close deals, and grow your territory
Here\βs what you\βll need to succeed:
β Proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales)
β Relentless drive to exceed targets
β Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills
β Competitive, motivated by results and the rewards that come with success
β A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
β A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently
β Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a bonus, but not essential
β Note: You\βll need your own vehicle for the first 3 months. A car allowance is included from day one.
